What is your Return Policy?

At Hobbies King, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@hobbiesking.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Product Description

Himiway D5 2.0 20" Full-Suspension Electric Bike

Compact, Comfortable & Easy to Handle

The Himiway D5 2.0 20" is a compact full-suspension electric bike designed for riders who prioritize comfort, stability, and easy handling. Its smaller wheel size, lower standover height, and accessible frame make it an excellent choice for seniors, shorter riders, RV travelers, families, and anyone looking for a more manageable fat-tire e-bike.

From neighborhood rides and campground adventures to everyday transportation and recreational cycling, the D5 2.0 20" combines a compact footprint with the comfort and capability needed for a wide range of riding situations.

Compact Design for Greater Confidence

The D5 2.0 20" features a compact frame and 20" wheels that make the bike easier to maneuver in tight spaces and at lower speeds.

Its lower standover height and reduced center of gravity can make mounting, dismounting, and handling more approachable, particularly for riders who prefer a more compact platform.

Full Suspension for Everyday Comfort

A full-suspension system helps absorb bumps and vibrations when riding across uneven pavement, gravel paths, campground roads, and light off-road terrain.

Combined with a wide saddle and upright riding position, the D5 2.0 20" is designed to provide a relaxed and comfortable experience during both short trips and longer recreational rides.

Powerful 750W Motor

The bike is equipped with a 750W hub motor producing up to 90Nm of torque, providing strong assistance for acceleration and hill climbing while maintaining a controllable riding experience.

Riders can choose between two sensor modes depending on how they want the bike to respond:

  • Torque Sensor Mode – Delivers assistance based on your pedaling effort for a more natural riding experience.

  • Cadence Sensor Mode – Provides consistent electric assistance for relaxed, low-effort cruising.

Built for a Wide Range of Riders

Despite its compact design, the D5 2.0 20" supports an impressive 440 lb payload capacity.

The bike is designed to accommodate riders approximately 4'11" to 6'3", making it a versatile option for shorter riders as well as those who simply prefer a smaller, more approachable e-bike.

  • Seniors and older adults

  • Shorter riders seeking a more accessible e-bike

  • Riders who prefer compact, easy-to-handle bikes
