What is your Return Policy?
What is your Return Policy?
At Hobbies King, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.
If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@hobbiesking.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Himiway C1 Kids Electric Bike
A Fun, Adjustable E-Bike Designed to Grow With Your Child
The Himiway C1 Kids Electric Bike is designed to give young riders an exciting introduction to electric cycling while providing parents with greater control and peace of mind. With adjustable components, multiple speed settings, and kid-friendly safety features, the C1 is built to adapt as your child's riding skills and confidence develop.
Three Speed Modes for Different Skill Levels
The C1 features three selectable speed levels, allowing parents and riders to choose an appropriate riding pace:
-
7 MPH Mode – A slower setting designed for learning and developing confidence.
-
13 MPH Mode – Provides additional speed as riding skills improve.
-
15 MPH Mode – Offers the bike's higher-speed setting for more experienced young riders.
This progressive approach allows children to become familiar with the bike before moving on to faster riding modes.
Adjustable for Growing Riders
The C1 features an adjustable seat and handlebars to accommodate children approximately 4–12 years old and riders around 3'3" to 4'9".
The adjustable design helps extend the bike's usability as your child grows, making it a practical choice for families looking for a kids' e-bike that can be enjoyed for multiple years.
Kid-Friendly Safety Features
Safety is an important part of the C1's design. The bike includes dual disc brakes for dependable stopping performance and a motor cutoff system that can immediately stop electric assistance when needed.
A parental remote control provides an additional layer of control, allowing parents to manage the bike's speed settings or shut off motor assistance when necessary.
Lightweight & Easy to Handle
At approximately 33 lbs, the C1 is designed to remain manageable for younger riders. Its lightweight construction makes it easier for children to control while riding and maneuvering.
16" Fat Tires
The C1 uses 16-inch fat tires designed to provide added stability and traction across everyday riding surfaces.
The wider tires help young riders maintain a confident feel while navigating pavement, sidewalks, gravel paths, and other suitable surfaces.
