What is your Return Policy?

At Hobbies King, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@hobbiesking.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Whether you're commuting around town, exploring new destinations in an RV, enjoying recreational rides, or simply looking for a more comfortable way to travel, the D5 2.0 ST is built to make every journey easier and more enjoyable.

Easy Step-Through Access

The low step-through frame makes getting on and off the bike significantly easier, making the D5 2.0 ST an excellent option for riders who prefer a more accessible design.

Its comfortable geometry and upright riding position provide a relaxed riding experience, while the adjustable cockpit allows riders to fine-tune their setup for a more personalized fit.

Full Suspension for Superior Comfort

Uneven pavement, cracks, gravel, and light trails are easier to handle with the D5 2.0 ST's full-suspension system.

The suspension helps absorb impacts and road vibrations, reducing the amount of stress transferred to the rider and making longer rides more comfortable.

Combined with a wide comfort saddle and stable fat tires, the D5 2.0 ST is designed to provide a smooth and confident ride across a variety of everyday surfaces.

Powerful 750W Motor

A 750W hub motor delivers up to 90Nm of torque, providing strong assistance for everyday riding, hill climbing, and recreational adventures.

The D5 2.0 ST also offers two pedal-assistance approaches, allowing riders to choose between a responsive riding experience and more relaxed cruising.

  • Torque Sensor Mode – Provides assistance that responds to your pedaling effort for a more natural riding feel.

  • Cadence Sensor Mode – Offers consistent motor assistance for easier, more relaxed riding.

High-Capacity Battery

The D5 2.0 ST is equipped with a high-capacity Samsung/LG battery designed to provide dependable performance for daily transportation and longer recreational rides.

Actual range will vary depending on factors such as terrain, rider weight, assist level, weather, and riding conditions.

Built for Stability & Everyday Use

The D5 2.0 ST combines a sturdy design with a 400 lb payload capacity, making it suitable for a wide range of riders.

Its fat tires provide additional stability and traction, making the bike well suited for:

  • Paved roads

  • Neighborhood streets

  • Light off-road terrain

The bike is designed to accommodate riders approximately 5'1" to 6'5", offering a versatile fit across a broad range of heights.
