What is your Return Policy?

At Hobbies King, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@hobbiesking.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Product Description

Himiway A7 Full-Suspension Commuter E-Bike

Premium Comfort for Everyday Urban Riding

The Himiway A7 is a premium full-suspension commuter e-bike designed for daily transportation, city exploration, errands, and relaxed rides through parks and neighborhood paths. Combining comfortable geometry, versatile pedal assistance, and practical utility features, the A7 is built to make everyday cycling smoother and more enjoyable.

From uneven pavement and railroad crossings to cracked streets and light trails, the A7 is designed to provide a stable, comfortable ride while helping reduce the impact of rough surfaces.

Full Suspension for a Smoother Ride

The A7 features a 120mm front and 90mm rear suspension system that helps absorb bumps, cracks, and other road imperfections before they reach the rider.

An extra-wide 220mm saddle adds another layer of comfort, while the 0°–60° adjustable stem allows riders to customize their handlebar position and create a more upright riding posture.

Easy Step-Through Design

The accessible step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting simple and convenient. With a rider-friendly design accommodating riders from approximately 5'1" and up, the A7 is suited to a broad range of commuters.

Flexible Pedal-Assist Technology

The A7 gives riders the flexibility to choose how they want electric assistance to feel:

  • Torque Sensor Mode – Provides responsive assistance based on your pedaling effort for a more natural riding experience.

  • Cadence Sensor Mode – Delivers consistent motor assistance for relaxed, low-effort cruising.

  • Smart Auto Mode – Automatically adjusts power delivery based on riding conditions, helping simplify the experience when terrain changes.

This versatility allows the A7 to adapt to different riding styles, from active pedaling to comfortable, low-effort commuting.

Long-Range Electric Performance

The A7 offers up to 70 miles of range per charge, depending on factors such as riding conditions, terrain, rider weight, assist level, and other variables.

Whether you're commuting across town, running errands, or enjoying an extended weekend ride, the long-range battery helps reduce the need for frequent charging.

Built for Everyday Utility

The A7 isn't just designed for comfortable riding—it is also built to handle everyday cargo.

With a substantial 400 lb payload capacity and a versatile MIK rear rack system, riders can easily configure the bike for different needs using compatible accessories such as:

  • Panniers

  • Baskets

  • Cargo accessories

  • Child seats

  • Everyday commuting gear

Reliable Braking Performance

Hydraulic disc brakes provide responsive stopping power and confident control, helping the A7 handle changing road conditions and everyday urban traffic.
