What is your Return Policy?

At Hobbies King, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@hobbiesking.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Built for Everyday Hauling

Serious Cargo Capability

The C3 is designed around the needs of riders who regularly carry equipment, groceries, supplies, or other everyday loads. Its extended cargo-focused frame provides additional space for transporting the things you need without sacrificing a comfortable riding experience.

Whether you're heading to the store, carrying work equipment, transporting essentials, or taking the kids along for the ride, the C3 is built to make everyday transportation easier.

Ideal for:

  • 🛒 Grocery shopping and errands

  • 👨👩👧 Family transportation

  • 📦 Deliveries and small-business use

  • 🧰 Carrying tools and equipment

Powerful Electric Assistance

Built to Handle Heavy Loads

A cargo bike needs dependable power, especially when carrying additional weight. The C3's electric drive system provides smooth pedal assistance to help you accelerate, climb hills, and maintain a comfortable pace when carrying cargo.

The motor assistance works alongside your pedaling rather than replacing it entirely, giving you the flexibility to choose how much effort you want to put into each ride.

Comfortable Cargo Riding

Designed Around Practicality

The C3 features a utility-oriented frame designed to provide a stable and comfortable ride even when carrying additional cargo.

Its practical geometry makes everyday mounting, riding, and loading more convenient, while the extended cargo platform gives you additional flexibility when deciding how to transport your belongings.

Stability You Can Rely On

Confidence With Every Load

Carrying cargo requires a bike that feels predictable and controlled. The C3's cargo-focused construction is designed to provide stability while riding with additional weight.

Wide tires and a sturdy frame help provide dependable traction and balance across city streets, paved paths, neighborhood roads, and other everyday riding environments.

Versatile Transportation

One E-Bike, Many Possibilities

The C3 can adapt to a wide variety of everyday needs. Use it as your primary commuter, a practical grocery hauler, a family transportation solution, or an electric utility bike for weekend activities.

Its cargo-oriented design allows you to configure the bike around the way you ride and the type of equipment you need to carry.

Electric Convenience for Daily Life

Ride More, Worry Less

Electric assistance makes longer commutes and heavier loads more manageable. Instead of arriving exhausted after a long ride or steep climb, you can use motor assistance whenever additional power is needed.

The C3 provides a practical balance between human-powered cycling and electric transportation, making it easier to replace short car trips with an enjoyable ride.

Built for Everyday Adventures

Whether you're commuting across town, picking up groceries, transporting family essentials, or heading out for a weekend ride, the Himiway C3 Cargo E-Bike gives you the flexibility to carry more while enjoying the benefits of electric cycling.

Why Choose the Himiway C3?
